Weflux is a customer engagement platform built on the WhatsApp Business Platform. It is operated by Serves, an Indian software company that builds tools to help businesses talk to their customers where they already are.
What we do
Weflux lets a business connect its official WhatsApp Business number, then provides a multi‑agent inbox, message templates, broadcasts, automations, contact management, and analytics around it. Teams of any size can collaborate on conversations, organise contacts with tags and custom attributes, and run approved template campaigns at scale.
